After a break of a few years, Scanwel Ltd announces it is once again taking up the reins for the distribution for Imina Technologies. Imina offers high-precision robotic solutions to interact with and characterise samples down to the nanometre scale, with main applications in the field of electrical probing, failure analysis and manipulation. The stability and precise positioning of the probes allows contacts to be made with the smallest of nodes. The high modularity of Imina’s solutions provides considerable flexibility for deep integration with a variety of microscopy and test equipment including both electron and optical microscopes, enabling efficient measurement workflows.

Scanwel Ltd will be the principal distributor in the UK and Ireland for products including the miBot, the world’s smallest commercial manipulator that is revolutionising the handling and sensing of diverse samples at the micro and nano scale. The miBot has proven its unique capabilities for performing intricate tasks in a variety of applications in electronics, materials science and photonics.
