An update from Scanwel – customer survey results

At Scanwel, we were thrilled to receive over 60 responses to our recent customer survey, which was issued at the end of last year. We really value the time taken by each of our customers to provide their thoughts on what Scanwel is doing well, and how we could improve.

We are taking all responses very seriously, and we wanted to share some of these results, and how we will be improving our business, customer service and product offering, to best provide you with all that your business needs.

 What Scanwel is doing well

Most respondents scored Scanwel 9/10 and 10/10 (34% each).

Most respondents scored Scanwel 10/10 (51%).

Most respondents scored Scanwel 10/10 (47%).

Most respondents scored Scanwel 10/10 (49%).

Most respondents scored Scanwel 10/10 (31%).

Most respondents would use Scanwel again (98%). We were very humbled by this, and greatly appreciate your business.

 

How Scanwel could improve and how we will do so

Most respondents scored Scanwel 7/10 (22%). We constantly review our product pricing against the market, and we will undergo another audit to ensure our prices are fair and competitive.

We received some insightful responses to this question, and we are doing our best to adapt and expand our range of products.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our online shop, and so the feedback to this question has been invaluable in making sure that our new shop is as accessible and easy to navigate, search for and order products from us as possible.

We really appreciated the wide range of answers to this question. We will be evaluating all of the feedback provided to improve our product offering, customer service support and website content offering, to ensure that we are continually providing our customers with all their business needs.
