PFPE heat transfer fluids offer a strong combination of thermal resilience, dielectric performance and long service life. They are suited to processes where conventional fluids struggle with oxidation, ignition risk or aggressive chemistries. Scanwel supplies grades spanning a wide boiling-point range for semiconductor, aerospace, data-centre and chemical processing applications.
Chemically inert and non-flammable
No flash, fire or auto-ignition point, non-toxic, and resistant to aggressive acids and bases - suited to sensitive semiconductor and chemical environments.
Dielectric performance
Dielectric strength of 40 kV (2.54mm gap) and volume resistivity greater than 1.0 x 10^15 ohm-cm, suited to electrically sensitive semiconductor tooling.
Compatible with existing PFPE/PFA systems
Fully miscible with existing PFPE and PFA-based fluids, allowing direct replacement without flushing - avoiding downtime and fluid wastage.
